Powerlifting is not just for men. The MASS Women’s Powerlifting Team trains squat, bench, and deadlift with the goal to compete and get better and stronger everyday. Joining this program means you are becoming a part of a team and a family.

Team or Custom Program
Access to team training times as well as other training sessions
Access to virtual sessions
Unlimited video review for any remote sessions
Coaching at meets (included in membership fees, based on availability and distance)
