mass club weightlifting
The MASS Club Weightlifting program is designed for more experienced weightlifters who wish to compete in the sport of weightlifting or increase their skill and strength at a higher level. Be a part of the MASS Weightlifting Team and train alongside some of our team members with this program. You'll get feedback from our head coaches via the group chat.
This program includes 5 sessions per week that focus in on snatch and clean & jerk as well as pulling, pressing, and squatting.
