what it entails…
For 12 weeks, you’ll be in our personalized nutrition app, Everfit. You’ll follow a 12-week program with daily prompts and tasks. You’ll be in a group with other challengers to participate in different mini-challenges throughout the 12 weeks, but all of your data will be yours privately. You’ll have an assigned coach to respond to messages within 48 hours (except Sundays) - but usually faster.
You have the choice to do just the challenge or have a one-on-one call with your coach before and after the challenge (and get a fun care package in the mail). You’ll be able to select your option at sign-up.

Yes, the 12 weeks will go over a holiday, and we think this is important so you can learn how to build healthy habits on regular days and holidays! There are limited spots so don’t wait to sign up. We run this program only a handful of times each year.
